Aulivis Terms of Service

Provider and eligibility

Aulivis (“致学”) is provided by Xiao Loong Liu. These Terms cover its apps, websites, sync, AI, subscriptions, and related services. Contact support@aulivis.com.

If you cannot legally accept these Terms in your location, a parent or guardian must do so. Mainland China users under 14 also need guardian consent for personal-information features.

The service

Aulivis provides schedules, tasks, classroom transcription, notes, reminders, cloud sync, AI assistance, institution connections, and related learning tools. Some features require device permissions, an account, network access, a third-party system, or paid entitlement.

We may update the service for security, compatibility, compliance, or improvement. Materially adverse changes to paid access, data practices, or user rights will be explained through a reasonable notice.

Accounts and security

• Guest mode supports core local features but may not be recoverable after removal or device loss.
• Apple sign-in enables supported cloud and cross-device features. Keep your device and Apple account secure and do not sell or share access.
• Report unauthorized access promptly. We will never ask for Apple or institution passwords or verification codes.
• Profile information must be lawful and must not impersonate or infringe another person.

License and intellectual property

Aulivis software, interfaces, brand, and built-in material are protected by intellectual-property law. You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for lawful personal learning use.

App Store software is licensed, not sold. Device scope, support, warranties, and Apple rights are governed by the Apple Standard EULA. You may not reverse engineer, resell, rent, bypass controls, or redistribute the service except where law expressly permits.

User content and sharing

You retain lawful rights in your courses, notes, images, transcripts, and other user content. You grant us only the limited, non-exclusive permission needed to store, transmit, format, index, sync, back up, and display that content to collaborators you choose. It does not permit sale or advertising use.

You must have the right to upload and share content. Anyone with a public link may be able to view it. Do not upload unlawful, infringing, private, or confidential examination or institution material.

AI assistance

AI output can be wrong, incomplete, outdated, or fabricated. Verify it before assignments, examinations, professional decisions, or actions affecting others, and follow academic-integrity rules.

Do not use AI for fraud, cheating, harassment, infringement, malicious automation, security bypass, or unlawful activity. You remain responsible for reviewing and using proposed output.

Subscriptions, auto-renewal, and AI credits

• Monthly, annual, and other auto-renewable plans are sold through Apple. Price, trial, billing period, and entitlements appear on the purchase sheet.
• Apple renews and charges subscriptions under its rules unless you cancel in Apple subscription settings. Removing the App or deleting Aulivis does not cancel renewal.
• Apple handles billing and refund requests, without limiting mandatory consumer rights.
• AI credits measure model-service usage. They are not legal tender, deposits, withdrawable assets, or transferable value.
• Restore Purchases applies to eligible durable entitlements; consumed credit packages generally cannot be restored.

Acceptable use

You may not violate privacy or intellectual property, compromise accounts or systems, upload malware, scrape or stress the service, automate registration, evade limits or payment, distribute unlawful or harmful content, impersonate others, or access an institution account without authorization.

We may rate-limit, revoke sharing, suspend features, or terminate serious violations, while preserving evidence or cooperating with authorities where legally required.

Third-party services

Aulivis may rely on Apple, cloud and AI providers, Cloudflare, and institution systems you connect. Their availability and independent terms are controlled by their providers. You must also follow applicable Apple Media Services, institution, connectivity, and third-party terms.

Termination and account deletion

You may stop using the service, sign out, or delete your account in personal settings at any time. See Account & Data Deletion.

We may suspend or terminate service for serious violations, security risks, legal requirements, or prolonged force majeure. When feasible, we will explain the action and provide a reasonable opportunity to handle data.

Availability and liability

We use reasonable skill and care but cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free networks, third-party systems, AI output, or sync. Aulivis does not replace educators or professional advice and does not guarantee academic outcomes.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or reasonably avoidable loss from free services. Nothing excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Law, disputes, and updates

Non-waivable consumer and data-protection law in your location continues to apply. Otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Contact support@aulivis.com first; unresolved disputes may be submitted to a court with lawful jurisdiction.

Updates show a version and effective date. Renewed acceptance will be requested when legally required. Invalid provisions do not invalidate the remainder.

Apple terms and contact

You and we acknowledge that these Terms are between you and Xiao Loong Liu, not Apple. Within applicable law, we are responsible for the App, its maintenance, support, content, and related user claims. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of the applicable Apple Standard EULA.
